Linda Duncan
Linda Duncan (Dip DEA, Cert Ed) has 20 years of experience working within the public sector and has delivered training and advice to a variety of organisations and individuals, including community groups.
Although not originally from the area Linda has made Hull and the East Riding her adopted home, and is married to a local man.
Domestic Energy Assessor
A DEA has undergone a rigorous training programme via an approved training body and is accredited with a Government approved Certification Scheme.
The role of the Domestic Energy Assessor, (DEA), is to produce Energy Performance Certificates.
